Kristi Neidhardt
Innovative, successful, energetic, talented, passionate and grounded: these are few adjectives that Kristi's client's have used to describe her work style. With just 6 years in the real estate business, Kristi has accomplished what it takes most agents 20 years to do. From her 2nd year on she has been in the top 10% of sales volume in Maryland, although when you meet with her, you will feel like you are her only client. Part of her time in the real estate profession was spent leading and training an office of 70 agents, and currently she heads up the Kristi Neidhardt Team (coined "Your Eco Agents"). Passionate about the environment as well as real estate, her team donated 2,500 trees last year as a thank you for their home sales success (this is the equivalent of taking 187 cars off the road for 1 year). With a degree in Environmental Resource Management from VA Tech and an EB Certification (From EcoBroker International), she has taken real estate to another level: that of leading the Green Home Advantage movement in Maryland. "Every time I get the opportunity to open a new client's eyes to the benefits of reducing their monthly expenses while living in a healthier environment...AND in a home they can be proud of, I get the chills...it's thrilling! Truly, how many jobs allow you to do what you love and earn a living? I feel extremely fortunate.. and proud of what we as a team have accomplished."
Kristi's community leadership roles include: founding the Green Committee for Anne Arundle County Association of Realtors and chairing the Membership Committee for the Green Building Institute. She also teaches various classes on How to Greenovate (Cost Effective Green Renovations), Energy Efficiency at home, as well as teaching Maryland real estate agents about the benefits of green homes, how to best market them to obtain the same results of higher values and faster sales that have been proven across the country.

Pat Neidhardt
Pat Neidhardt entered real estate with great enthusiasm four years ago. She developed a love of building while helping to lead students in building homes for Habitat for Humanity. Prior to her present career she was a high energy award winning teacher with 10 years of college teaching experience and more than 20 years experience teaching the sciences including environmental science at Broadneck High School. She holds a Masters degree in Zoology specializing in ecology. Her greatest love while teaching was leading students in environmental service projects. Pat was inspired in 2001 by the work of the architect, William McDonough. McDonough’s work is guided by the premise that producing a product is not necessarily a bad thing for the environment. A tree produces food and at the same time cleans the air, fertilizes the soil and prevents soil erosion, and releases oxygen and moisture into the air. McDonough proclaims that it is all in the design. He has many followers in the green building industry. The recent innovations in green building that transform homes into healthy and comfortable places for the owners as well as buildings that have low or even positive impact on the environment are truly amazing. Pat belongs to the Kristi Neidhardt Real Estate Team – “Your EcoAgents” and has an EB certification (from EcoBrokers International). Pat brings her patient and caring teacher skills and her knowledge of how to make a home comfortable, energy efficient, healthy through green building techniques to her clients. She helps clients to identify green features in a home and provides information on how to upgrade homes to increase their value through energy efficiency, water conservation, and other green improvements including landscaping that can increase the value of a home while saving the client money and providing a healthier more comfortable environment for its occupants. Pat brings great energy and dedication to her clients and works tirelessly to find them the homes of their dreams.
